Minimum public-information requirements
- The agency publishes a current detective-business marker (標識), notification number, and operator identity on its public website.
- Its public site identifies services, service area, and a working contact route.
- Its public pricing or quote explanation describes the pricing model and material extra-charge or cancellation conditions.
- Its public privacy or data-handling information explains how consultation data and reports are handled.
- Its public policies reject unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, or rights-infringing requests.
- A public complaint or support contact is available.
- No applicable administrative action is found in the official public sources checked at the time of review.
How review works
PI-Thenics records the public URL and review date for each criterion. Reviews use the agency’s own public site and official police or government publications. A missing sanction in a time-limited public list is not proof that no historical action has ever occurred.
A listing is paused or removed when a required public item disappears, a public source materially conflicts with the listing, or the service receives credible evidence of serious misconduct that can be independently verified.
What inclusion does not mean
Inclusion is not certification, licensing by PI-Thenics, or a guarantee of quality, legality, price, acceptance, or results. Consumers should review the written explanation, contract, quote, and cancellation terms before signing.
