The short version
- The consumer pays PI-Thenics no introduction fee.
- The introduced agency may pay PI-Thenics after a valid referral is successfully delivered.
- The fee is a uniform fixed amount. The amount will be set before agency billing begins.
- It does not vary by agency and does not affect eligibility, matching, recommendations, or display order.
- The referral fee is not refundable or subject to chargeback under the agency referral arrangement.
What “valid referral” means
A referral is valid only when all of these conditions are met:
- The consumer explicitly asks for an introduction and consents to the stated sharing of their details.
- Basic contact details pass the service’s verification checks.
- The request fits the agency’s publicly stated services and service area.
- The submission is not spam, a test, fraudulent, or a duplicate of the same matter sent to the same agency.
- PI-Thenics successfully delivers the referral and it is not returned as undeliverable.
A valid referral is not a promise that the agency will accept the matter, that the consumer will sign a contract, or that any result will be achieved.
Consent and independence
PI-Thenics does not send a consumer’s contact details to an agency without the consumer’s affirmative consent. The consumer may decline an introduction and is never required to hire an agency.
Agency inclusion is governed by the public-information screening criteria. Commercial relationships do not change the editorial policy.
